The Sullivans Home Hobby Table offers a perfect platform to work on crafting, sewing, and quilting projects. The durable 36 inch x 59 inch laminate work surface stands at a comfortable 35 inch height. Standing at counter height, it is convenient to use for several tasks. It is made out of heavy duty steel construction built to last. The sturdy, lightweight metal frame easily moves with the high-strength locking casters. The steel legs and supports are electro-powder coated to provide a fine finish.
Fold down one wing of this table to create a smaller working surface. When you’re through, the metal frame collapses to a slim profile and easily rolls away on tough, locking casters. If you prefer a height-adjustable table – visit our Adjustable Table.

This is an excellent table for bigger and additional uses. You will need a large flat surface to assemble this, and it does take a little time, but well worth the effort. Very sturdy.

It’s excellent for cutting out fabric and storing in a room without taking up much space!

This table is excellent; it rolls, the height is perfect, and it folds up and is out of the way when I’m done with a project.

I bought my table over 10 years ago to help me with cutting fabric for quilting. It is counter height so I did not have to bend my back. I also bought the large cutting mat that covers the entire top of the table. That is handy when you are cutting extra wide fabric especially for backs. I like that the wheels have “brakes” to keep the table stable when cutting. When pinning, I use the safety pins that are about one inch long. Buy the ones for quilting at the fabric store because they are sharper and stronger than the ones in a regular store.
I did come up with another use for the table. . .to pin quilts. Now, I do not make small quilts so I went to the hardware chain store and bought a 4 foot by 8 foot particle board. I had to cut 1.5 feet off to get in my mini SUV. When I got home, I put it on top of my fully opened cutting table and centered it. The board is only 1/4 in thick. I marked the center of each of the four sides of the board. (Useful for centering the quilt.) I use clamps from the office supply store ( the 2 inch black clamp) to clamp down the backing to the board, centered with the wrong side facing up, smoothing out all wrinkles, pulling the backing to the edge of the board, centered, with clamps and no wrinkles. (Most quilts are wider than the board so I clamp all the way around the edges of the quilt back that is not on the board making sure there are no wrinkles. I layer the batting on top, marking the center of each side, smoothing out wrinkles of the batting as I go along making sure that the batting is larger than the size of the quilt back. Next, I layer the top, starting in the center and smoothing it out over the batting and start pinning in the center, smoothing and moving outward. The pins should not be spaced more than the width of your hand. (I only close the pins if I am not going to quilt on it immediately.) I continue to move from the center outward, pinning as I go along. Once the center of the top is pinned, I remove the clamps, from around the board, move the quilt to one side so that outside edge that has not been pinned is place on the board to be pinned. When done, place the other edge of the quilt on the board and clamp down and pin.

I purchased this for a small dining area. I use it half folded as a desk/craft table. I use it full open with a table cloth for family/friends dinner gathering. It fits 6 chairs comfortably. When its fully folded, it works behond our sofa,, as a sofa table. It looks great with a lamp, a small stack of books, and a basket that holds our TV remotes.
I will update with a photo soon.

Perfect for my space. Height is good for me(5’2″) I love it.

I like the size of it as I can cut more than one pattern at a time and still have room to lay an ironing pad at one end to press as I quilt. Just great and then I can fold and move out of my way if need to do so.

This table is not worth the money! It was a gift and very wobbly and difficult to put together I would return if could

I have looked for and purchased several types of tables to use for fabric cutting and quilting lay out. Nothing I had found really worked very well. I currently own several plastic folding tables in various sizes, none of which meet my crafting needs. Then after moving into a new house and gaining some room in my sewing area, I started looking at the Sullivan’s table. Walmart had the best price by far and it was delivered in just a few days. All parts were accounted for and assembly was no problem, taking about an hour. The table is sturdy and the perfect height for cutting or any crafting that you can do standing up. As stated in other reviews, this is not a table made to sit at. Way too high for that. But I absolutely love it for layout, cutting and assembly of my sewing projects. The versatility and size of the work area is great and it moves easily even on carpet. This is one fantastic and affordable hobby/crafting table.

I do all kinds of crafting, and this table is the perfect height for working standing up. Fully extended, it’s great for cutting out sewing projects, and with just one wing extended it’s a great work surface for other smaller projects that require a little maneuvering room. It went together very easily, and stores away in very little space.

I bought this because of the height and the width. I take pics of products I am selling and put them on the table to take them. The price was good. It took about an hour for my husband to put it together. All the parts fit together without any problems. I’m very glad i purchased it.

This craft/quilt table is a super buy! I love it! It is easy to put together and the height is great so I don’t have to bend over to much to work on my quilts. The price is great! I went on line and compared the same table at other sites. Wal-Mart has the best value and price by far. Same table for a lot less money. And shipping was a lot cheaper too! I highly recommend this craft / quilt table. It is wonderful.

This table was easy to assemble. I like the ht of the table and the wheels so you can move the table around if needed. When guest arrive, it will easy to store as well. It is sturdy but would not use a sewing machine on it. Big enough to have a 36 inch cutting mat and a table top iron on the side. Just what I wanted.
